Celine Scheel is a Managing Associate and member of Ræder Bing's Tax and Duties team.
Celine has extensive experience with international taxation matters and transfer pricing from her time as a Tax Consultant at the Norwegian Taxation Administration.
She graduated from the University of Oslo with a Master of Laws having specialized in Tax Law and Petroleum Law.
