In addition to litigation work, Mads primarily focuses on property transfer law, housing law, and real estate brokerage law. In this context, he frequently assists boards of housing companies, as well as real estate agents and buyers and sellers of residential property. His experience includes issues concerning breaches of obligations, competence and governance matters in housing companies, and regulatory duties within real estate brokerage. In addition to his legal practice, he has participated as a lecturer at several courses within the real estate brokerage field.
