Ræder Bing is owned by it’s partners. The partner meeting is the firm's highest decision-making body.
The partners have elected a board of directors which is responsible for the management of the firm. A managing director has been appointed who, together with the chairman of the board and the firm's management group, is responsible for the day-to-day and administrative management.
