Elisabeth provides advice throughout the entire production process and offers, among other things, assistance with rights clearance and agreements related to production, distribution, and sales, Chain of Title and Errors and Omissions (E&O). She has extensive experience with the regulatory framework governing sponsorship, product placement, press ethics, freedom of expression, and defamation.

Within the cultural sector, she also works closely with cultural event organizers, public profiles, podcast operators, and others.

Elisabeth also assists companies in retail and trade, including by assessing product imitations and providing legal advice in connection with marketing campaigns. She has particular experience with marketing directed at children and the regulations on alcohol advertising. In addition, she assists national and international clients with advisory services and dispute resolution in the field of intellectual property, including trademarks and designs.
