Erik Greipsland has in-depth expertise with planning and building law from the municipal and private sector, especially in issues related to construction case processing and regulatory processes.

Erik Greipsland has gained cutting-edge expertise in general administrative law, land legislation, municipal and zoning plans, provisions and requirements related to the application and liability law system and property law issues in planning and building case processing. He has continuously given lectures on planning and building law issues and written a master’s thesis on the topic of negative easements and zoning plans. After many years of experience in municipal administration, Erik has considerable knowledge of the planning hierarchy and planning and construction case processes towards political leadership and administration. Greipsland is a permanent co-operation lawyer for the Homeowners’ National Association.
