Julie mainly works with legal advice within employment law and privacy law, as well as related disciplines such as administrative law, consumer protection law, contract law and compliance.

Julie has extensive experience in providing legal advice to clients in both the private and public sector in the field of employment law, including assistance related to termination of employment, restructuring and change processes, transfer of undertakings, whistleblowing cases, working hours, transactions/due diligence, as well as hiring/hiring out labour and other forms of affiliation with the working life.

She also has extensive experience working in the area of data protection and GDPR, including assessing the basis for processing and compliance with obligations under the privacy legislation. Within the privacy area, she also regularly assists with drafting of relevant GDPR documentation, both related to employees and the business in general, including processing protocols, privacy statements/policies, routines for storing and deleting of personal data, data processing agreements, etc.

She also has background with general contract law and compliance, including both contract interpretation and drafting of contracts and other documentation. She also regularly holds lectures/workshops within her primary subject areas.
