Klausen has in-depth knowledge and broad experience in the field of planning and building law, including public and political processes and works continuously with real estate development, and in continuation of this with feasibility studies, option agreements, project development and regulatory processes, including densification projects, as well as infrastructure, order requirements, organization of construction properties, sectioning and facilitation for sale / completion of project. In addition, Klausen works with company law, shareholder disputes, contract law and dispute resolution.
