Ræder's Shipping, Marine and Transport team advises insurance companies, shipping companies, forwarding agents, suppliers in the maritime sector, Norwegian and international banks, arrangers of sale/lease back projects and ship owners on legal issues.

Ræders partner Kyrre W. Kielland has written the norwegian chapter of 'Ship Arrest in practice' and gives an overview of Norwegian ship arrest/release law. The publication covers 93 jurisdictions.
