Product Liability 2019
Partners Kyrre W. Kielland and Ole André Oftebro have contributed the Norwegian chapter in the International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability.
The guide is a cross-border insight into product liability work, published by Global Legal Group. Contributions are made from legal specialists from 22 national jurisdictions. The guide "provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive worldwide legal anaysis of the laws and regulations of product liability." The guide covers common issues in product liability laws and regulations - including liability systems, product recall, causation, defence and estoppel, procedure, time limits, remedies, market-share liability and cost/ funding.
