Bleona offers legal advice and decision support to companies that supply goods and services to the defense sector and other basic national functions (GNF), with a particular focus on compliance with security requirements and risk management for Norwegian businesses. Within IT law, intellectual property and market law, she mainly assists with contracts and negotiations, both supplier agreements and customer-specific agreements based on the contract standard State Standard Agreements (SSA).
She submitted her master's thesis on digital security in the spring of 2025 with the title The interaction between the NIS 2 Directive, DORA and the Cyber Resilience Act - overlap in the requirement for digital risk management.
