Martine Viken is an Attorney and is affiliated to our Construction team. She truction, and works with the issue within both construction law and real estate.
Martine has a master's degree from the University of Oslo, and wrote a master's thesis on changes to the Disposal Act, including the meaning that the "as is" clause is without effect when buying/selling real estate.
