Silje Bragstad is a Senior Attorney and member of Ræder Bing's Corporate and M&A team.
Silje has extensive experience with a wide range of business law issues and advises mainly within M&A, corporate law, contractual law and competition law. She assists national and international clients in connection with transactions, preparation of contracts and negotiations.
Silje has particular experience with the telecom, technology and retail sector.
